At the beginning of any insurance related project; we go over the claims process with you, how it could or will affect your project and let you know what to expect from the initial call to final settlement. Remember, we work FOR you (our client) but work WITH your insurance company, agent, adjuster, bank and/or mortgage company to make sure the claims process and entire project go smoothly.
We are an IICRC certified firm and currently hold certifications in Fire, Water, Mold, Structural Drying and Odor Control/Removal. In addition we use Xactimate estimating software which is the preferred format for estimating by almost all insurance carriers and adjusters.
