5 Year Limited Warranty
The 5 year (60 Month) limited warranty is conditioned upon payment in full of all amounts due to Sea Coast Restoration. In turn, Sea Coast Restoration warrants that all work will be free from defects for a period of 5 years from the first day the project is completed and a Certificate of Completion is signed by owner or authorized agent.
Sea Coast Restoration shall assign to Owner/Insured/Claimant all applicable warranties of manufacturers, suppliers and others. These warranties will be utilized first and will supersede any other warranties. Sea Coast Restoration warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Sea Coast Restoration’s option, of the defective work and specifically excludes any equipment or materials covered by manufacturer’s, supplier’s or other’s warranties.
This warranty also specifically excludes damage from normal wear and tear, storms, weather, intentional or accidental damage, or from anything used outside of recommendations by manufacturer or any damage from a covered loss as outlined by the Owner’s insurance policy. In addition any damage caused by the natural movement or settling of any kind is not covered. Any loss or damage caused by mold, microbial growth, hazardous materials, animals, fungi, mildew or general neglect are not covered.
In the event a problem arises or potential warranty issue develops, the Owner or Owner’s registered/assigned agent must contact/notify Sea Coast Restoration of the problem(s)/issue(s) in writing. Upon receipt of written notification, Sea Coast Restoration will inspect the property and determine the nature/cause of the problem/issue. Sea Coast Restoration must be given access to the property to inspect within 5 days of receiving writing notice from Owner. Sea Coast Restoration, at its own accord, may use a third party for testing or inspection if protocol, building codes, regulations or local/state/federal law requires.
This warranty only covers work done by Sea Coast Restoration, its employees or Sub Contractors hired by Sea Coast Restoration. Any work done by any other party will not be covered under this warranty.
